Another day, another horrifying amusement park story. Happy summer!

On Saturday evening, a 14-year-old girl fell 25-feet from a ride at New York's Six Flags Great Escape, the The Glens Falls Post-Star reports. Thankfully, a group of park guests and security people were below to catch her.

The incident occurred on the gondola ride, which travels above the park. The ride's operator received a distress call about a struggling ride and halted operation. The teen was dangling from her gondola, and, as you'll see in the Facebook video below, her neck appeared to be trapped between the bars and the car.

In the video, you hear someone yell that the girl's "neck is stuck!" before another person screams that "they'll catch her!" With that, the girl drops into the crowd.

Luckily, she was caught, and subsequently treated by the medical team at the park. She was then rushed by helicopter to Albany Medical Center, where she is reported to be in stable condition. Also injured on the scene was a 47-year-old man who sustained back damage while helping to catch the teen.

Park spokeswoman Jessica Hansen says there appeared to be no malfunction on the ride, but that Six Flags has closed the attraction for further review.
