It’s been a while since we heard anything about Toy Story 4, with the last update being that Patricia Arquette might be in it. Now, it seems like there might actually be a reason for why Pixar has been so quiet on the film lately. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Toy Story 4 has just been delayed by a whole year, with the studio bumping it from June 15, 2018 to June 21, 2019. This may seem to indicate that things aren’t going so hot on the sequel—which will supposedly be a romantic comedy about Woody and Bo Peep—but the reasoning actually seems to be that things are going extra well for a different Pixar sequel, The Incredibles 2.

As THR explains, Pixar has given Brad Bird’s highly anticipated superhero sequel Toy Story 4’s original release date, in addition to granting it “an accelerated production schedule.” Considering that the original Incredibles movie came out in 2004, Pixar finally being eager to get the sequel released seems like a good sign. Of course, it’s also possible that Incredibles 2 looks awful in every way and Pixar just wants to be rid of it, but that’s probably not the case.

Either way, The Incredibles 2 will now come out on June 15, 2018, and Toy Story 4 will come out on June 21, 2019.
