Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani blasted White House press secretary Josh Earnest Thursday, arguing, “You’d have to have IQ of minus two, not to realize he just lied” about the $400 million cash payment to Iran.
During a discussion on Fox Business Network’s “Morning’s with Maria,” after a montage of Earnest denying that the $400 million in cash was not a ransom payment for the American hostages, Giuliani said, “This is why [Donald] Trump is going to win.” (VIDEO: White House Acknowledges Iran Might Use $400 Million Payment To Sponsor Terrorism)

The White House has said that the payment was the first installment of $1.7 billion that the U.S. seized in 1979 after the revolution there.
Charles Krauthammer said on Fox News on Wednesday that the $400 million cash payment to Iran was “bribery” for the release of American hostages as well as “money laundering.”
