Mr Amin has also denied inciting a 14-year-old girl into prostitution between June and August last year.
Quoting the 14-year-old girl, prosecuting lawyer Ian West said: "He was saying things like, 'if you go out with me you'll be treated like a queen, you'd get anything, you'll get new phones, you'll get new clothes."
The court was told the girl spoke to Mr Amin as she was leaving the shop.
Mr West said she said words to the effect of: "I do not want to be with you, leave me alone. You're a paedophile."
Mr Amin then pulled out a screwdriver from behind the shop counter and threatened her, the court heard.

A man has been jailed for four years and eight months for a series of burglaries across Nottingham, police have said.
Christian Lawson, who stole from five properties, was eventually found by police hiding in a kitchen cupboard.
The 39-year-old started his crime spree on 7 July when he stole £20,000 of jewellery from a home in Nuthall.
On 15 July in Alfreton Road, a 16-year-old boy alerted his dad after spotting a man jumping over a neighbour’s fence.
When officers arrived, Lawson ran into a nearby house, before escaping out of a back door.
He then jumped hedges before entering another house where the occupant was sleeping and was found in a cupboard.
Lawson, of Gregory Boulevard, admitted five burglaries at Nottingham Crown Court today.
