President Obama is appearing before a joint session of Congress on Tuesday night for the final State of the Union address of his presidency.
Amid an improving economy but disapproval of his handling of terrorism, Obama is expected to try to cement his legacy in his last big national speech before attention turns entirely to the presidential race to succeed him.
Obama’s State of the Union speech is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. E.T. and TIME will be streaming it live here. Watch it above.
