Drake is making his return to Saturday Night Live as both a host and musical guest on May 14. The appearance comes on the heels of Drizzy's new album, VIEWS, which is on track to bring in the biggest first week sales of his career. SNL is nothing new for Drake, as he hosted and performed on the show back in 2014, with the appearance bringing in plenty of reactions whether people thought he was funny or not.

Interestingly enough, in his recent interview with Zane Lowe, Drake mentioned he had something on the way in regards to his acting career, but kept SNL a mystery until now. The SNL appearance kicks off a busy stretch of events for Drake, who will be heading out on the road with Future for the official "Summer Sixteen" tour, with the full list of dates available here. As of right now, it's unclear exactly what kind of skits Drake will be involved in for the show, but based on his acting chops, he's sure to bring his best effort. If the new tour and album wasn't enough, Drake recently teased he'll be putting out even more new music before the tour actually starts.

Very excited to announce the rest of our May shows! #SNL pic.twitter.com/ZZS6ejpEeY
