UPDATE 1:00 PM: According to the latest TMZ update, police reportedly recovered at least one gun and unidentified drugs from a duffel bag Chris Brown threw from the window of his home. Brown is not outside of the house talking to police. You can watch a live stream of police outside of Brown's house below.

UPDATE 11:52 AM: TMZ reports that the SWAT team is headed to the house and that the LAPD is trying to obtain a search warrant. Police are reportedly looking for a gun that matches the description the woman who made the report gave to the police. Brown has still reportedly not left the home.

When reached by phone, a spokesperson for the LAPD would not confirm whether or not a warrant was being obtained, but did say that police were currently investigating an incident at Brown's home. "All I can confirm right now is that our Robbery/Homicide Division is handling incident that occurred at Chris Brown's house earlier. There's no standoff or anything, just a matter of getting our Robbery/Homicide Division guys and our PIs down there to get some more information for you guys," said the spokesperson.

Brown posted a series of videos from inside his home decrying the police and media response, saying he is innocent and that the police don't come so quickly when he contacts them about stalkers at his house. You can watch the video below.

Chris Brown is reportedly under investigation for threatening a woman with a gun. TMZ reports that a woman called 911 early Tuesday morning in Los Angeles claiming Brown had threatened her with a gun following an argument. It's believed that she showed up uninvited to the home alongside an invited guest and was asked to leave, leading to the argument. Ray J was reportedly there and involved in the incident.

Ray J later left the house and found police at the street, where they reportedly seized his BMW as evidence, forcing him to take an Uber home. According to the report, the incident is under investigation, with Chris Brown being the sole suspect. At least one person claimed that Brown was asleep the whole time, but others claim he was directly involved. TMZ reports that Brown is still inside the home at this time, and police are waiting outside.

If true, this report would be just the latest in a long string of criminal behavior for Brown. He previously pled guilty to assault after infamously attacking Rihanna before the 2009 Grammy awards. He also faced charges after punching a fan in the face in 2013, a move that ultimately landed him in jail. He checked himself into rehab shortly after, and later opened up about the anger management and drug abuse issues he had worked to overcome.

More recently, Brown's former manager Mike G brought a lawsuit against Brown in June, claiming Brown assaulted him. Brown claimed that he fired Mike G after finding out he was stealing Brown's money. Mike G claims he never had access to Brown's money in the first place. That case remains unresolved.

In a new interview with TMZ Live, the woman who called the cops on Brown, Baylee Curran, explained exactly what went down. She said she went to his house with a friend, spent a little time in the hot tub, and then walked back inside where a member of Chris' crew was displaying a piece of jewelry. When she touched it, the guy allegedly went off and Brown followed suit by telling her to "get the fuck out" and pointing a gun at her. Brown's people wouldn't let her leave the house with her cell phone until she signed a non-disclosure agreement. She refused to sign and left with her friend.

You can listen to Curran's interview below. This is a developing story. Complex has reached out to Chris Brown's management and will update when more information becomes available.
