It might seem like the fitness stars you follow on Instagram consume only green juice, açai bowls, and avocado toast, then spend 95 percent of their days working out. To see whether that is indeed the case, Cosmopolitan.com asked some of Instagram's biggest fitness stars to reveal their least healthy habits. While all of the women got real, their answers are still the average person's #FitnessGoals. Oh well. Here are their "least healthy" confessions:

1. When Cosmopolitan.com asked Bikini Body Guide founder Kayla Itsines (@kaylaitsines), who caters to some 5.7 million followers, about her least healthy habit, she was hard-pressed to come up with one — until she realiaed she'd just flown all the way from Australia to New York City for 24 hours to do a brief speaking engagement. Taking two nearly round-the-world flights in a matter of days was leaving her uncharacteristically sedentary with no time to work out — one reason why Kayla's realized that never saying no is her least healthy habit.

2. "Not getting enough sleep," wrote certified fitness trainers and Tone It Up founders Karena and Katrina (@ToneItUp), who have more than 743,000 followers. "We work late evenings, so we're working on improving that," they added.

3. "Finishing all the food on my plate even if it means eating past the point of satisfaction," says Massy Arias (@massy.arias), a Los Angeles-based fitness trainer with more than 2.1 million Instagram followers, of her most unhealthy habit. "I just have to finish it, and now that I'm pregnant I pay for it, since eating too much makes you sick."

4. "Recently I've attained an unhealthy addiction to Netflix," says Sjana Earp (@sjanaelise), a yogi who has more than 1.2 million followers. While Netflix can be just what the body needs sometimes, the more time she spends watching it while sitting on her butt, the less time she spends on the thing that really makes her happy: moving her body. "I always try get my body moving as much as possible because it feels good," she says.

5. "Being a workaholic," says certified fitness trainer and Fit Body Guides creator Anna Victoria (@annavictoria) of her least healthy habit. "If my eyes are open, usually I am working in one way or another ... With so much of my job being focused on social media, it's not like a normal job where you can leave the work [when you go] home."

6. "I had an addiction to eating Nutella out of the jar for a while," says Alyssa Bossio (@Fittlyss), a New York City-based fitness and lifestyle blogger with more than 965,000 Instagram followers. While her boyfriend helped her get over her obsession, she still enjoys a spoonful every now and again, just in moderation. Otherwise? "Biting my nails when I'm anxious is a big habit for me. And focusing too much on what other people are doing instead of focusing on myself," she says, adding that she's working on it.

7. "I enjoy a good glass of wine and pizza," says Autumn Calabrese (@autumncalabrese), creator of the 21 Day Fix, who has more than 425,000 Instagram followers. Still, she only indulges once or twice a month, and so she serves as living proof that the odd meal of wine and pizza doesn't exactly destroy your health. (So what if you empty the both the bottle and box?!)

8. "Drinking two coffees a day — it's my one vice!" says Emily Skye (@emilyskyefit) Reebok Women's global brand ambassador and trainer with more than 1.8 million Instagram followers. While most experts agree that a couple of coffees won't exactly kill you, it's relying on that jolt of caffeine and truly needing it to function that can become problematic for some people.
