Mike Huckabee is the right wing’s most prominent purveyor of hateful and godawful Twitter jokes. So in an effort to see whether anyone could make these even mildly funny, Jimmy Kimmel enlisted Patton Oswalt to give them the stand-up treatment. The jokes are as lame as ever, but watching Oswalt power through with barely concealed loathing is incredibly satisfying.
Of course, Huckabee was not even remotely deterred by the sketch. He responded to it with yet another terrible tweet, one which once again makes fun of Chuck Schumer—a man whose relatives were killed in the Holocaust—for crying as he spoke against Trump’s immigration ban in January.
