Josh Gad started a little rumor about Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting Wednesday!
The actress crashed his red carpet interview with E! News' Ali Fedotowsky at A Night at Sardi's, which benefits the Alzheimer's Association. Gad will soon reprise his voice role in Frozen 2, and he has also been cast in Walt Disney Pictures' live-action Beauty and the Beast. "Once your children have their baptisms and whatever, I'm going to be their hired entertainment," he told his Wedding Ringer co-star.
"Children?!" Ali asked. "Wait, Josh, did you just give away that Kaley's having children?"
The Big Bang Theory actress smiled and rolled her eyes as Josh joked, "I did!"
"Kaley's having children!" Josh added before Kaley playfully pushed him. "Can I tell them please?"
"He's a liar," the actress explained. "Such a liar."
Josh said he wouldn't be the first to know anyway, joking, "We don't talk. She doesn't return my calls."
After Josh said goodbye, Ali reminded her "dear friend" that they made a pregnancy pact. "We had a conversation the other day saying that we were going to get pregnant at the same time," she explained.
Kaley laughed at the memory. "Josh Gad just told E! that I was pregnant, so if it comes from Josh Gad's mouth, you know it's a blatant lie," said the actress, who was joined by her sister, Briana Cuoco. "No, I'm not pregnant! I don't know why people keep thinking that. Maybe I should wear a little tighter clothes."
Ali told her the pregnancy speculation stemmed from a picture of Kaley holding her makeup artist's baby.
"I love babies! If you're holding a baby right now, I will take it from you and hold it. Like, I have this need to take it. I don't have my own yet—can't wait—but any child, I just grab," the People's Choice Award winner explained. "I don't take it with me home, but it take it and I hold it for a while. I love it. I love it!"
So, no babies with Ryan Sweeting? "Not yet, no," Kaley said.
"You never know," she added. "We're practicing a lot, so you never know!"
