Now that I'm in my late twenties, and everyday stressors show up on my face like they never did before, I've started exploring ways in which I can incorporate solution-oriented products into my morning and evening routines. After lots of trial and error, I've found four products I love from the Natural Beauty section at Sephora—they fit perfectly into my regimen and busy days.

I'm much more aware of ingredients, and I'm always in the market for gentler, more natural beauty treatments that will seamlessly integrate into my daily life. So instead of only thinking about my skin at night, right before I fall asleep, I want to find skincare designed with a purpose or activity in mind—whether I'm working at the office, resting at home, traveling, spending time outdoors, or hitting the gym.

For everyday use, I think I just found my skincare soulmate. Ole Henriksen Truth Serum Vitamin C Collagen Booster ($48) made an immediate, visible difference in my face by minimizing my fine lines. As an added bonus, my skin felt instantly more luminous, so wearing it underneath sunscreen on makeup-free days gave me confidence to walk out the door.

In the mornings, my new go-to favorite moisturizer is Drunk Elephant B Hydra Intensive Hydration Gel ($52), which is a gel that works seamlessly with everything else in my beauty and skincare routine. The nutrient-rich formula is formulated with naturally derived ingredients (like pro-vitamin B, pineapple ceramide, and watermelon rind), which gave my skin a continuous 24-hour dose of hydration. It's so lightweight, I like to mix it with my BB cream before applying it all over my face.

Of all the products I've integrated into my newfound skincare regimen, the one I love the most is Fresh Umbrian Clay Purifying Facial Toner ($35). I find myself applying it in the morning, during the day, at night, and after an intense workout at the gym. I love the sensation of this invigorating liquid on my cheeks, forehead, and nose. This toner's pore-minimizing, skin-softening effects instantly helps my skin feel more toned and look clearer.

As a full-time fashion and travel blogger at Neon Blush for the past three years, I've learned my fair share about packing best practices and taking care of my skin during long flights on not a lot of sleep. One thing that's been finding its way into my travel kit more and more lately is Origins By All Greens Cleansing Mask ($36). It's formulated with superfoods—like green tea, spirulina, and spinach—along with kaolin clay, coconut, orange, bergamot, carrot, white tea, and algae. Slathering my face in these all-natural ingredients post-flight helps nourish and detoxify my skin from all that dry, recycled plane air. Even when I'm not on the go, I make sure to use it at home three times a week—mostly because the tingling sensation feels super relaxing.

A meticulous beauty regimen might not be for everyone, but I'm at a point in my life where I want to approach self care and skincare in a conscientious way that will set me up with preventative anti-aging and long-term success. And if this means applying soothing feel-good creams, gels, potions, and serums throughout the day, that's awesome, because going the extra mile will not only help me out in the future—it feels great now.
