The movie ‘Hidden Figures’ is a certified box office smash. With stars Octavia Spencer, Taraji P. Henson, and Janelle Monae leading the way the film has grabbed the number one spot two weeks in a row. There was a lot of competition this week, but “Hidden Figures” but ‘Hidden Figures’ came out on top by earning $26 million in sales during the MLK weekend. This brings total earnings for the film to over $60 million.
There is already talk about the film being in consideration when Oscar time rolls around.
