LeBron James made his triumphant return to the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight in the heavily publicized and star studded opening night match up with the New York Knicks, and Kendrick Lamar was on hand to perform his new single "i." LeBron is a huge fan of Kendrick, as evidenced by his reaction to his verse on "Control" last year:

With both being kings in their respective fields, it's a natural fit for the Compton bred MC to help welcome LeBron back. Kendrick is as electric as ever during the performance of the song, which is also being used as a theme song for the NBA this season, giving the positive song an extra boost.
