Sidewalks will come alive with art in the next few weeks as artists present original works and performances outdoors every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. until June 16 at various locations in downtown Hartford.
“Art on the Streets,” presented by the Greater Hartford Arts Council and Aetna, will feature musician Tang Sauce, Trashion Fashion designer Amy Merli; visual artists Hong Hong, Katherine Tolve, Zoe Allison and Lindsey Fyfe; dancer Brittany Gauthier, photographer Justin O’Brien, “Fun Machine” creator Constanza Setovia and poet Khalim Kelly.
Locations include Phoenix Gateway, State House Square, the corner Church and Main streets and in front of Santander Bank. Details: letsgoarts.org/streets.
