17 Cleveland homes that sold for at least $380,000 in 2016

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The housing market in pockets of Cleveland is thriving, with median prices well above $100,000 in the Edgewater, Ohio City, Tremont and University Circle neighborhoods.
Part of the demand is for the very high end, with 21 single-family homes or condos each going for at least $400,000 last year. Nearly 200 single-family homes or condos sold for at least $200,000.
Click through the following slides to see most expensive single-family home deals last year in Cleveland, ranging in price from $380,000 to $670,000.
Six of these homes are in Tremont, six in University Circle, four in Ohio City and one in Edgewater.
(Not included are the condos in this price range, all of which were sold in Ohio City or downtown.)
