Well, either things are gravy between exes Dennis Rodman and Carmen Electra or the blue-eyed bombshell got one big surprise last night.

Electra co-hosted a Halloween party in Boca Raton, Fla., Thursday with pal Jonathan Cheban, and as she made her way to the red carpet, the actress was greeted by none other than her ex-husband. Oh, hello.

The model's WTF facial expression suggests that this run-in was not planned. Some reports claim Rodman's appearance was a complete ambush on the former Baywatch star, and even note that Carmen asked for extra security once she saw Dennis at the bash.

Their interaction comes shortly after Electra's candid interview on Oprah Winfrey's Where Are They Now? series, where she openly spoke about her roller-coaster marriage to the former NBA star.

"People couldn't understand why I loved him," the 42-year-old said of her ex-husband, "because he had a reputation for being a bad boy."

Electra, who went into "self-destruction" at the time because of her mother's death, continued to explain, "What I saw in the beginning was this gentle giant that was in a lot of pain. So in a way, we understood each other."

The pair, who met in 1998, eloped in Las Vegas the same year. "Our relationship was very passionate. When it was good, it was amazing," Electra said. "And when it was bad, it was the worst."

Eventually, the couple decided it would be best for the both of them to call it quits after one year of marriage. "It happened so fast," she said. "It was so spontaneous, and I remember right after, 'Oh god, what did we do?'"
