We already know rose gold hair is on the rise this summer. So it only makes sense that rose gold nails would follow — and the most popular by ... well ... a lot comes from Sally Hansen's Miracle Gel collection.

A bottle of Terra-Coppa, a rose gold polish, is sold every two minutes here in the U.S. In fact, about 10% of the population owns a bottle, Today.com reports.

Sally Hansen launched its Miracle Gel line — the two-step system that provides up to 14 days of color — back in 2014, and Terra-Coppa officially hit drugstore shelves July of 2015. According to InStyle, since the launch, this subtly metallic, warm-hued polish has been sold over 32 million times.

Sally Hansen recently partnered with L.A. blogger and licensed manicurist Chelsea King to show us how easy (and gorgeous) applying the rose gold gel and top coat is.

"If I'm at the store buying nail polishes, I try to find the most unique shade on the shelf," King told GoodHousekeeping.com. "Terra-Coppa has such an interesting look, that my eyes would be instantly drawn to it. If you look up close, you can see tons of metallic flecks!"

The manicurist — with over 106K followers on Instagram — said application of the popular gel went on "very easy," and she thinks it would look great on any skin tone.

"Gold and silver polishes are everywhere, but a great rose gold is hard to come by," King continued. "I think Terra-Coppa, more so than their other Miracle Gel shades, appeals to the 'neutral' polish wearers, and also those who want something fun and unique."

Since metallics and glitters tend to last longer on nails, King recommends this kind of shade for a more durable mani.

There you have it — when you're trying to find the right color to coat your nails this summer (and all year 'round), give rose gold a try. It's flying off the shelves. Literally.
