Back in September, following the release of the "Banned" Air Jordan 1, Jordan Brand opened a pop-up shop in New York City to further celebrate the sneaker with a satin version. Limited to 501 pairs, the Satin Air Jordan 1 "Banned" commemorated Michael Jordan's warm up suits from his early days with the Chicago Bulls. Now, a first look at a Satin Air Jordan 1 "Royal" is here.

Upscale Vandal took to Instagram to share a picture of what is believed to be Senior Jordan Brand Design Director Gemo Wong wearing the sneakers at Agenda in Las Vegas, Nevada. The sneakers use the same color blocking as the original "Royal" Air Jordan 1s, but feature metal eyelets and gold lace tips.

The Air Jordan 1 "Royal" is slated to release in April 2017, so Jordan Brand might be planning another super limited release to follow up with. Stay posted to Sole Collector for future updates on the Satin Air Jordan 1 "Royal."
