The Vikings announced their final cuts Saturday afternoon . With the preseason complete, NFL teams had until 3 p.m. Saturday to trim their roster from 90 players to 53.

The 5-foot-11, 235-pound Ham is a 2011 graduate of Duluth Denfeld High School. He played his college ball at NCAA Division II Augustana in Sioux Falls, S.D. He signed with the Vikings last year as an undrafted free agent and spent most of 2016 on the team’s practice squad.

The Vikings, who kept a total of four running backs including Ham, open the season on Monday, Sept. 11 against the New Orleans Saints at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
