MOORHEAD-The Moorhead Budweiser plant had to be evacuated and shut down during a police chase Sunday, July 23.
Authorities say around 6:45 p.m. they were called to a neighborhood a few blocks away from the plant, at 2101 26th St. S, for a burglary report where a man was trying to get into a home.
Officers in the area responded right away and chased the man into the Budweiser plant where he ran, scaled a fence and jumped onto a roof.
They caught up with him, forcing him to jump from the roof and go into another part of the building where he climbed ladders and scaffolding. A K-9 unit was called in and eventually found him.
The whole chase and search took about an hour.

The man, Artur Bagdasarov was arrested by Moorhead police. He faces burglary, trespassing, obstructing the legal process and fleeing.
