Chris Froome confirmed to lead Team Sky at Vuelta a España

The Tour de France champion will cap off his season with an attempt at glory at the final Grand Tour of the year

Team Sky have confirmed that Chris Froome will lead the team at the final Grand Tour of the year, the Vuelta a España.

Tour de France champion Froome, who has just finished a stint in Rio at the Olympics where he took a bronze medal in the time trial, will lead a nine-man team over a Vuelta course that features 10 summit finishes.
