Jason Segel Is A Perfect David Foster Wallace In The 'End Of The Tour' Trailer

Dust off that copy of 'Infinite Jest.'

It's very rare that a movie makes us rush to our bookshelves and dust off a giant book that we've lost hope of finishing, but it seems like this might be the summer we finally get around to finishing "Infinite Jest."

That's because "The End of the Tour," a fictionalized account of American author David Foster Wallace's travels with writer David Lipsky, is hitting theaters this summer. Jason Segel earned early praise at Sundance for his portrayal of Wallace, and Jesse Eisenberg shines opposite as the journalist chronicling Wallace's trip in support of his book.

Co-written by the real-life Lipsky (and based on his book, "Although of Course You End Up Becoming Yourself") and Donald Margulies, and directed by "The Spectacular Now" helmer James Ponsoldt, this definitely looks like one not to miss.

But of course, don't forget to clear your schedule afterwards for some heavy reading.

"The End of the Tour" hits theaters July 31, 2015.
