Police seeking woman who may have information about assault on T employee

MBTA Transit Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman who may have knowledge about an assault on an MBTA employee.

At about 4 p.m. Saturday an MBTA employee was assaulted on a bus at the intersection of Talbot Avenue and Colonial Avenue in Dorchester, MBTA Transit Police said in a statement.

The woman is wanted by Transit Police for questioning related to the assault and battery.

Anyone who may know her or her whereabouts is asked to contact Transit Police.
