Could you get a job at AKQA? Take its hiring quiz

Google’s not the only one with a hiring quiz with crazy questions.

WPP Group’s AKQA has its own version of a test it gives to job applicants who want to land a gig at this agency. It’s not surprising: Finding and retaining good talent is a serious headache for the agency world — in fact, it’s the No. 1 concern for most shops.

The questions below are used by employees when they’re interviewing candidates for jobs, either in-person or on the phone. The agency believes it’s an effective way to find a candidate. Some of the questions have been used for at least 10 years by various members of the organization.

Could you get in? Take it and find out.
