14-year-old victim tells officers he was punched and kicked in fight, according to Prince William County Police.
MANASSAS, VA — Three suspects have been arrested in gang-related melee in which a 14-year-old victim was punched and kicked near Ashton Avenue and Rixlew Lane last Wednesday, according to Prince William County Police.
Hector Arias Ramirez, 18, of no fixed address, was charged Monday with two counts of gang participation, one count of abduction, one count of possession of a concealed weapon and one count of possession of marijuana.

A 16-year-old male was charged last Friday with two counts of gang participation and one count of assault by mob.
About 2:15 p.m., police responded to a report of a large fight, and they soon found the victim at a nearby residence. He told police he'd been walking in the area and then confronted by acquaintances, who allegedly attacked him.

He suffered minor injuries, police say.
