Ashburn Ranked High on Best Places to Live in Virginia

New rankings from Niche break down the best places to live in Virginia, and Ashburn made the list.

ASHBURN, VA — Where's the best place to live in Virginia? That depends on who you ask and according to a new set of rankings released by Niche.com, Ashburn, a suburb of the nation’s capital, is the 14th-best place to live in the Commonwealth.

Here's what one resident had to say, according to the website: ". . .Everything around us is very nice and convenient. The only problem with where I live is there is ALWAYS construction going on because the community is continuously growing. Another great thing about where I live is the schools are amazing!"

The ranking looked at several factors, such as public schools, a family friendly environment, crime and safety, diversity and housing. Ashburn received an A-plus for its public schools, A-plus for a family friendly environment, A for diversity and a B-plus for nightlife. Click here to read more about the methodology.
