The Hangover trilogy may be history, but a new trailer for director Todd Phillips’ upcoming film War Dogs delivers on his familiar soft-boiled action and hard-edged comedy.

Warner Bros. Pictures released the new preview Thursday, giving a deeper look into the war-torn comedic drama starring Miles Teller and Jonah Hill. The true story follows two young men, David Packouz (Teller) and Efraim Diveroli (Hill), who win a $300 million government contract to arm America’s allies in Afghanistan.

In the midst of an attack by heavily armed enemies, the trailer reveals Packouz lying about his international arms dealing from his girlfriend, telling her they were selling “bed sheets.” With Diveroli as the mastermind behind the “pro-money” plan, things get even more dicey when Bradley Cooper enters the pictures. The star of Phillips’ Hangover films and his co-executive producer on the now-canceled CBS series Limitless pops in, telling the young duo of the benefits and dangers they will face.
