Partners Insurance Group offers free "shred day" May 13 in Swansea
Swansea area residents can take advantage of a free shredding offer to dispose of documents.
Partners Insurance Group, LLC, one of the region’s leading independent insurance agencies with eight locations in Southeastern MA and RI, is offering a free “Shred Day” for the benefit of area residents. The event takes place Saturday, May 13, from 9 a.m. to noon, at 560 Wilbur Avenue (Route 103), Swansea, MA. The Shred Truck will be on site!
Area residents are invited to bring up to two boxes of materials to be shredded, at no cost. The boxes should be no larger than a “banker’s box,” measuring 12” x 10” x 15.” This service is offered courtesy of Partners Insurance Group.
This is an excellent opportunity for the public to bring private, sensitive and/or confidential information to the site to see that it is properly destroyed. This shredding process will avoid the potential devastating results that can occur when confidential information falls into the wrong hands.

“With the increasing threats of identity theft and private information, we believe this is a great chance for our neighbors to be certain that their documentation – whether financial or health information – is properly destroyed,” said Lawrence Wilson, President/Chief Executive Officer of Partners Insurance Group.
