Seasons may change but some things never will – especially in Stars Hollow.

Continuing the trend of films and TV shows refusing to let go of the past, Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life returns later this year.

The show is back for a ‘four part event’ on Netflix on November 25.

Netflix have also released a trailer to go with the announcement, which sees Rory and Lorelai discuss whether comedian Amy Schumer would be friends with Lorelai.

Rory says no straight away, and the long-winded conversation to find out her reason for saying no is brilliant.

Straight after that comes another burning question: ‘Do you think John Oliver would find me hot?’.

Isn’t that what we all want to know really? (Seriously John, call us).

Meanwhile Schumer loved getting a name-check in the trailer.

Gilmore Girls ran for seven seasons from 2000 to 2007.
