Koeman happy for duo to leave
Football
Everton boss Ronald Koeman says winger Gerard Deulofeu and captain Phil Jagielka could be heading for the exit door at Goodison.
"I spoke to Gerry and it's a difficult situation. If he finds a solution to go and to get game-time then it's not a problem but the final decision is by the board of the club and I did not have any call that they have agreed something for Deulofeu."
Regarding Jagielka he added: "It's all about if there is interest for Jag. Of course the last few weeks he did not start. He is important, he is the captain of the team.
"He is not happy because he is not starting and that's a good signal. What you need to do as a player is fight and make it difficult for the manager."

Rodgers welcomes winter break
Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has praised the winter break in Scottish football.
The Hoops, who went to Dubai for two weeks this month, play Albion Rovers on Sunday in their first game of 2017.
"I have obviously worked in England a lot of my days and down there coaches and managers are crying out for a winter break and this is my first experience of it up here and they should be applauded for it," the ex-Reading, Watford and Liverpool boss said.
"Firstly your supporters benefit from it. January is a very tough month, you [fans] get paid late.
"For supporters to have that little respite, not having to worry about taking family to games, it is important.
"For players, it is vitally important that they get to press the reset button."

'New laws could damage Pacific Island rugby'
Chris Jones
BBC Radio 5 live rugby reporter
New tackle laws may have drastic consequences on Pacific Island rugby, according to former Samoa captain Dan Leo.
World Rugby introduced tougher sanctions on high tackles earlier this month in a bid to improve player safety.
But Leo feels the new regulations may compromise the traditional strengths of players from the Pacific Islands, who are renowned for their physicality.
“My main concern is it will eventually restrict our employment opportunities,” ex-Wasps and London Irish lock Leo told BBC 5 live.
Hear more from Dan Leo on 5 live Rugby on Thursday evening from 20:00 GMT as we ask how high tackles could influence the Six Nations. You'll hear from England head coach Eddie Jones, top referee Wayne Barnes and a host of others as we ask if rugby union will ever be the same again?

India seal ODI series win over England
Cricket
No dramatic victory for England in Cuttack. It was a fine effort in their quest for 382 but they have fallen 15 runs short as India take an unassailable 2-0 lead with only Sunday's match in Kolkata remaining. Eoin Morgan was the eighth England wicket to fall, run out at the non-striker's end for 102.

Midfielder Jake Livermore, 27, is on his way to West Brom for a medical after a £10m fee was agreed with Hull.
The club hope to confirm the deal tomorrow morning and he would then be available for selection for Saturday's match at home to Sunderland.
Meanwhile talks continue between West Brom and Watford over a possible move to the Hawthorns for Odion Ighalo.
On a busy day for West Brom it looks as if they have lost out to West Ham for the Southampton defender Jose Fonte. A fee of about £8m had been agreed but it is understood Fonte preferred a move to London.

Captain Hodge takes on-air advice
Cricket
An on-air conversation between Adelaide Strikers captain Brad Hodge and television commentator Mark Howard during a Big Bash game is being investigated by Cricket Australia (CA).
Hodge, wearing a microphone and earpiece so he could speak to commentators in between overs as part of the broadcaster's live coverage, was told by Howard that Ben Laughlin had got Sydney Thunder batsman Shane Watson out twice in eight balls.
Hodge duly brought Laughlin on to bowl and, even though he did not get Watson out, the incident "disappointed" CA.

Nigeria want to persuade 19-year-old Everton striker Ademola Lookman to play for them rather than England.
He has already played for England Under-19s and U20s but can switch allegiances as he is yet to play for the senior side.
"He has Nigerian parents and we'd need to speak to him first," Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) official Bitrus Bewarang told BBC Sport.
Lookman moved to Everton from Charlton earlier this month in a deal that could eventually cost £11m and scored on his debut in the 4-0 win over Manchester City.
