Hyde Park disturbances filmed on mobile phones – video

Mobile phone footage filmed by eyewitnesses shows crowds of people and police in riot gear in Hyde Park in central London on Tuesday. According to witnesses on social media, a largely good-natured crowd that had gathered for a mass water-fight was told to disperse by police, prompting some to start throwing bottles. Metropolitan police say one officer was stabbed along with two members of the public. Photograph: @DanielSimms9
