If we told you, "Floyd Mayweather is going to make a lot of money for fighting Manny Pacquiao," you probably wouldn't be all that surprised. We've already told you about how much tickets for the fight are going to cost—and told you about how much ticket prices have gone up over the course of the last month—so of course Money Mayweather is going to rake in a lot of dough for the much-anticipated bout. But the actual amount of money that he stands to make is still pretty shocking.

Yahoo! Sports reporter Kevin Iole visited Mayweather's gym in Las Vegas on Thursday to discuss the fight. During their interview, Iole talked to Mayweather about a six-fight, $12.5 million contract with HBO that he turned down in 2000. He watched as a young man hand-washed the Ferrari that Mayweather had driven to the gym. And he learned that Mayweather believes he's going to end up making somewhere around $200 million for the Pacquiao fight. $200 million! [Enter 200 million money bag emojis here.]

As Iole points out, that's more than some professional sports teams make in an entire season:

Think of that. He'll make more in one night than the payrolls of the majority of Major League Baseball teams. If there is a rematch, he'll have an outside chance to earn upward of three-quarters of a billion dollars before his career ends.

Crazy. Not all that surprising. But still. So crazy. And even if Mayweather loses, he's still going to go home a winner.
