For the colder months ahead, Vans infuses its Classics heritage with weatherized innovation to launch Mountain Edition Footwear. The collection consists of evolved versions of the Era and Sk8-Hi, as well as an updated range of apparel.
The Mountain Edition Era and Sk8-Hi are protected from the elements with premium Scotchgard treated uppers and gusseted tongues that repel moisture. Soft fleece lines the interior, and the foot is kept warm by a heat retention layer between the outsole and sockliner. The original waffle sole has been reversed for a lug-like feel and extended rubber traction.
Additionally, the apparel range returns with an updated range of Rutherford jackets. The varsity-style jackets are equipped with water-resistant properties across three new color combinations: New Charcoal/Black, Ensign Blue/Rubber and Eclipse/Bone White.
