There are days when we look back over the past 24 hours and lament the fact that we have accomplished nothing.
Not just that day, but in our entire lives.
Because really. How much of a difference have we made in the world? Have we ever saved a human life? Have we prevented an exotic species of bird from dying out?
And more importantly, have we ever built a tortoise a miniature replica of a film set?
One man has. This man is Oliver Turpin. This man will go down in history.
Oliver decided to build his pet tortoise, Louie, a miniature version of Jurassic Park. It has a little pool for Louie to splash around in, a visitors’ centre, and the iconic Jurassic Park gates.
Why? Because Jurassic Park is Louie’s favourite film, obviously. He loves it.
