After totally dominating at the Rio Olympics this year, the ladies of the U.S. women's gymnastics team decided to take a well-deserved beach day — and ended up breaking the internet with their abs in the process.

On Saturday, Simone Biles posted a photo of herself, Aly Raisman, and Madison Kocian in their swimsuits to Instagram, and it quickly went viral for reminding sports fans that gymnasts are totally ripped under those leotards. But, while most people responded to the picture with love and congratulations, a few trolls decided to try and body-shame the Final Five on social media, calling them "unattractive" and "unfeminine."

One user, @UWantMyD_aniel, tweeted, "Y'all find this attractive? lmaaoo" and was quick to be dragged. Then, University of Florida student Crystal McDuffy entered the ring and clapped back with quite possibly the most flawless response of all time.

"They're the best gymnasts in the world," she wrote. "I promise you, they didn't get those abs to impress your dusty ass."

"Everything women do is not for male consumption or approval," she later told BuzzFeed. "Be it in sports, politics, business, and more, women continually seem to be evaluated based upon whether they're attractive in a man's eyes."

Commence slow clap.
