Investigative journalist and provocateur James O’Keefe says his latest undercover video shows illegal coordination between Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign and various unaffiliated support groups.

The video, released Monday, shows Bob Creamer of the political consulting firm Democracy Partners discussing a planned protest in which activists would wear Donald Duck costumes to illustrate the idea that Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump was “ducking” the issue of his taxes.

During the discussion with an undercover Project Veritas reporter, Creamer admits that Clinton herself is directly involved with his planning. They’d considered other ideas for a costumed protest, such as activists dressed as Uncle Sam or as Curious George, but decided on Donald Duck because Clinton herself wanted it.

“In the end it was the candidate, Hillary Clinton, the future President of the United States who wanted ducks on the ground. So, by God, we will get ducks on the ground,” Creamer says in the video.

“Don’t repeat that to anybody,” he then quickly adds.

At another point in the video, he gives details about receiving the news that Clinton wanted Donald Duck stalking Trump.

“I was actually on a plane to go to London last week — Christina Reynolds [deputy communications director for Clinton’s campaign] calls saying, ‘I have good news and bad news. The good news is the candidate would like to have a mascot following around the duck — I mean, Trump,'” Creamer says.

The video also shows the Donald Duck idea being discussed by Brad Woodhouse, president of the super PAC Americans United for Change (AUFC).

Federal election law bars collaboration between presidential campaigns and super PACs that support them. Since Creamer worked with AUFC to organize the Donald Duck protesters, O’Keefe argues that Creamer’s comments about taking directions from Clinton herself are proof of illegal coordination.

“The direct involvement of the campaign and the Democratic National Committee with Americans United for Change and activists wearing Donald Duck costumes smacks strongly of illegal coordinated campaign expenditures,” Project Veritas said in a statement accompanying the video’s release.

The video is the third in a series by O’Keefe intended to expose corruption within Democratic Party operations. The first video last week showed evidence that AUFC organized anti-Trump protests that were deliberately intended to cause violence and force the disruption of Trump campaign events. The second showed AUFC’s Scott Foval apparently discussing means of engaging in voter fraud.

Since the videos were released, Foval lost his job with AUFC while Creamer quit his work promoting Clinton’s presidental campaign.
