A representative of the Flanagan family in California reads a condolence statement on Wednesday to the relatives of the Virginia shooting victims. Vester Flanagan, 41, took his own life after shooting two former colleagues, Alison Parker and Adam Ward, on a live television broadcast. Flanagan sent ABC News a 23-page fax about two hours after the shooting, saying his attack was triggered by the 17 June mass shooting at a black church in Charleston, South Carolina
