Allow me to take you back in time:
It's 1999, and you and your friends are hitting the mall because that crisp $10 you got from babysitting is burning a hole in your skort pocket. Your mom drops you and your bestie off and you decide to swing by the Promised Land — Bath & Body Works. There, you drown yourself in a myriad of scents before settling on the tried and true Cucumber Melon in both a body lotion and a mist.
If that description filled your heart — and senses — with nostalgia, then I have good news for you! Bath & Body Works plans to release cucumber scents as part of their new CocoShea line, due to hit stores at the end of this month. Now, the original Cucumber Melon mist will not technically be restored in all its glory, but the cucumber-scented products (and yes it's a bit of a different scent but, you know, times have changed, it's only fair) in the CocoShea line — now featuring more natural ingredients like cocoa and shea butters — will be available in a body wash, body lotion and body gel.
The company saw great success this past summer when it re-introduced its eight most popular retired fragrances with a serious packaging overhaul, so catch you at the mall on Feb. 27.
