Replay the Arrivals & Interviews from the 2022 Met Gala

On Monday, May 2 2022, fans followed along with arrivals and interviews hosted by Vogue. You can replay the 2022 Met Gala coverage here.

You can follow all the action on Vogue’s livestream once again for 2023. The 2023 Met Gala red carpet livestream will be hosted on Vogue.com on May 1 throughout the night and will also be broadcasted live across our digital platforms (as well as on InstagramFacebook, and Twitter). It begins at 6:30 p.m. EST.

In 2022, it was hosted by three notable personalities: Vogue editor at large Hamish Bowles, actor and singer Vanessa Hudgens, and actor and television personality La La Anthony. (At last year’s September Met Gala, Keke Palmer and Ilana Glazer held the hosting roles.)

The theme was “In America: An Anthology of Fashion,” and the evening celebrated the museum’s new exhibition of the same name, which was presented across 13 of the American period rooms in The Met. (It opened on May 7 and remained on display through September 5, 2022.) It was the second part  of the museum’s celebration of American style; part one, titled “In America: A Lexicon of Fashion,” opened in September 2021 and will also remain on display in The Met until September 5.

The 2022 dress code was all about gilded glamour. The official co-chairs for the 2022 Met Gala were Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Regina King, and Lin-Manuel Miranda. Honorary chairs for the evening were Tom Ford, Adam Mosseri, and Vogue’s Anna Wintour.
