One man just gave a whole new meaning to Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off" lyrics.

Once Ronnie Brower topped the scales at 675 pounds, the Swiftie decided to turn his life around and make a major change in his diet and fitness lifestyle.

After 714 days of hard work and sacrifices, Ronnie revealed an amazing weight loss of 425 pounds. According to Joe Bufano, who has documented his friend's transformation on social media, Ronnie couldn't have done it without the music of Taylor.

"Hi Taylor…I'm sending you this to share with you a story about one of your biggest fans who has made some huge changes in his life," Joe said in a YouTube video going viral. "I'm taking him to see you in concert on June 3 in Cleveland…I really want to make your concert special for him. I'm hoping you can help me do that."

Throughout Ronnie's weight-loss journey, he blasted several T.Swift songs loud and proud to keep himself motivated. His personal favorites included "Shake It Off" and "Style."

While friends and supporters continue to tweet to the 2015 Billboard Music Awards winner using #RonnieWeightLoss, Taylor is busy celebrating the continued success of her new music video for "Bad Blood."

As the single continues to climb the charts, the 25-year-old is revealing a few outtakes from the star-studded shoot.

During one memorable scene, Taylor must run through a wall to confront her biggest enemies. As it turns out, it was a lot harder (and more painful) than we first thought.

"Go to 1:42 of the #BadBloodMusicVideo to see the take where I got it right," she shared on Instagram with a video of a not-so-smooth moment. "This, however, was the first take. #StuntFAIL."

As they like to say: No pain, no gain! That's something Ronnie and Taylor can seriously attest to!
