Tractor-trailer overturns on I-80 ramp in Warren County

A tractor-trailer overturned about 5:45 a.m. Friday on a ramp from Interstate 80 East in Knowlton Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation and New Jersey State Police.

The crash was at Exit 4C and no one was hurt, state police said. The exit leads to Route 94 North in Blairstown.

A hazardous materials request was made due to 300 gallons of diesel on board leaking from the truck.

The ramp was closed.

The crash was cleared by 9:33 a.m. and the ramp was reopened, the DOT said.
