Apple's iPhone 7 is here.
The tech giant unveiled the next generation smartphone yesterday and pre-orders start in the early morning hours of Sept. 9.
Pre-orders directly from Apple will start on Friday, Sept. 9 at 12:01 PST (3:01 a.m. EST or 2:01 a.m. CST). You will be able to access the pre-order page here and in the Apple Store app on iOS devices.
The phones sold directly from Apple will come in five colors: jet black, black, silver, gold and rose gold. Three storage capacities are also available: 32GB, 128 GB and 256 GB.
Pricing on the different models will be:
iPhone 7
32 GB - $650
128 GB - $750
256 GB - $850
iPhone 7 Plus
32 GB - $770
128 GB - $870
256 GB - $970
When will the iPhone 7 be available in stores?
The iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will be available in stores on Sept. 16.
Digital Trends has offered some details on what stores will be offering:
Sprint
Pre-orders beginning on Sept. 9 at 12:01 PST (3:01 a.m. EST or 2:01 a.m. CST). The store will be selling both phones at full retail price ($650 for the 7, $770 for the Plus) or payments of $27.08 per month over 24 months for the iPhone 7, and $32.08 per month over 24 months for the iPhone 7 Plus.
Verizon
Pre-orders will take place at the same time as Apple: Sept. 9 at 12:01 PST (3:01 a.m. EST or 2:01 a.m. CST). Both phones will be available for full retail price of 24 interest-free installments over a two year period. Verizon customers can trade in their old iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s and 6s Plus for up to $650 credit towards a new iPhone 7 32 GB.
T-Mobile
Similar to the other carriers, T-Mobile will offer pre-orders on the iPhones on Sept. 9 at 12:01 PST (3:01 a.m. EST or 2:01 a.m. CST). Phones will be offered at full retail price, as well as on a 24-month installment plan.
AT&T
Same time for preorders (Sept. 9 at 12:01 PST (3:01 a.m. EST or 2:01 a.m. CST). Two payment plans available, ranging from 24 months to 30 months.
