Anyone have a few hundred thousand I can borrow for a down payment?

It's no secret that home prices in Portland are sky high, and especially so for luxury housing. The metro area was dubbed the "8th hottest housing market for luxury real estate globally in 2016," by Christie's International Real Estate.

But the rest of Oregon has a glut of multi-million dollar homes for sale too, according to PropertyShark, an online real estate clearinghouse that compiled the most expensive properties for sale in the state.

To be sure, these homes are far out of reach for all but the richest of the rich, but they make for some great eye candy for the rest of us.
