Will County Job Fair Is Tuesday At Workforce Center on Glenwood Avenue

Employers in a number of professions are recruiting to fill jobs around Will County.

JOLIET, IL - Are you someone ready for a new job or have a friend on the hunt for a new line of work? The Workforce Center of Will County will conduct its next Job Fair from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12. The event is in the workforce building at 2400 Glenwood Avenue, Suite 100.

"These job fairs are an efficient way for both job seekers and employers," said Will County Workforce Center Manager Susan Flessner. "Someone looking for a job can make many contacts in one day and employers are able to interview people on the spot."

According to Will County, employers in the following professions are expected to attend Tuesday's event in hopes of recruiting workers for the following positions:

  • material handlers
  • production lines
  • security officers
  • shift supervisors
  • wholesale pickers
  • tasker and scheduler
