Leah Still is ready to fight once again!

Just when we thought Devon Still's daughter was feeling better, the Cincinnati Bengals player had some upsetting news to share on Instagram.

As it turns out, the four-year-old cutie is experiencing another health scare.

"I need some prayers sent up for Leah tonight!" he shared from her hospital bed. "We hit a pretty serious complication from the stem cell transplant called VOD. They caught it early so hopefully it gives the doctors a better chance of stopping it from getting aggressive."

He continued, "As you can imagine our minds are all over the place but we're going to try and remain positive! #LeahStrong #WaitingForTheDayEverythingReturnsToNormal."

As soon as the news broke, well wishes became pouring in from fans and celebrities alike. Ellen DeGeneres went on Twitter to show her support for the father-daughter duo.

"I'm sending love to @Dev_Still71 and Leah," she tweeted. "I hope you will, too."

Today show's Hoda Kotb, who featured the cute kid in her "Truly Brave" music video, also had the opportunity to visit the pair over the weekend.

"Loving my Leah #LeahStrong @Dev_Still71," she wrote with an autographed copy of Leah's children's book. "Sweet Leah. We are praying for her."

Leah was first diagnosed with Stage 4 neuroblastoma in July 2014. In honor of the one year anniversary quickly approaching, Devon recently decided to get a large tattoo of his baby girl.

"…I decided to dedicate a back piece to her," he wrote. "Started with the portrait today and @DanPriceTattoo killed it. To be continued for the rest #LeahStrong."

As prayers continue to pour in for the family, the twosome has another reason to fight hard. E! News has learned the pair will be honored July 15 with the Jimmy V Perseverance Award at the 2015 ESPYS.

"Very thankful and honored for my daughter and I to receive this award," Devon wrote on Instagram. "Now we definitely have to get her feeling better so she can make the trip out LA! #LeahStrong."
